This is the first of the series of Training Kits (T-Kits) published by the Partnership on youth between the Council of Europe and the European Commission. The publication was written in 2000 and some of the content is now a little outdated. Never-the-less there are some timeless models and theories which are useful for managers and leaders in any organisation. Contents include: Managing Self; Managing Others and Managing Processes. As well as theoretical models there are practical tools and checklists and a bibliography.
