Our program was established to deal with the more urgent need of the society to reduce the unemployment of young people, just entered the job market. We prepare professionals with methodology what they can use with new challenges.

Aim: 

Main aim of this program to observe the questions of youth unemployment with an insight to human rights, evolving its impact on mental health, human relationships and young people's future prospects. We consider both the challenges and the problem solving methods due to national and international mobility.

Methodology: 

Questions of youth and starter unemployment call our attention to the challenges changing generally within youth policy. Researches attached to this topic show the trend, that almost in each European country those periods are crucial, after which education they find work and become active in the job market. Considering the chance becoming unemployment and to be imparted in volunteering or to look for a job abroad or to finish a compulsory training besides temporary job tend all to be a compound matter.
It is a serious problem that statistics say: the majority of young unemployed people become desperate, they lose their hope in supporting systems, hardly mentioned by the official statistics and they are not available for supporting programs.
We plan to enhance the multiplicative influence of the training with supporting our participants providing many tools and competencies to acknowledge.
We plan to enhance the training's multiplicating effect, that our participants will surely encourage the impart of young people in social changes and in those fields, which are connected to employment and education. This process is ment to develop those educational tools and methodology, which will empower youngsters by the professionals and other experts to initiate and to develop those activities, with which they can give an adequate answer to issues arisen during the experience of workforce burdens and discrimination.

We will build the study process based on the earlier experiences of the participants and will work on such cases, with which we can start a conversation, mutual understanding well based on the introduction of theoretical knowledge and practice attached. The underlying principle of the training is to use self-experience based study process, besides we aim to enforce the participants to be capable of re-integrating acknowledgement after recognising and understanding them.

It is a prior element during the program to handle such knowledge in such ways, which are useful not only for the participants, but for the funders and target groups of multiplicable institutes and organizations. The training adopts the wide tool range of role playing (rpg) and drama pedagogy to help the representation of diverse scenes. To give an introduction into the thematics will enhance the acknowledgement of carrier-issues from a different point of view.

Materials and resources: 

During the training we apply tools of non-formal pedagogy and some other training methodology. We will promote such tools, which accessible for free and give new skills to the experts working on specific fields of activities. One of these tools named „Compass – Manual for Human Rights Education with Young People” published by the Council of Europe.

Outcomes: 

The training is official part of the formal education as a class for 3 credit point. The number of students was 29 who applied to the course and 24 finished it. The outcome was a written work from each student what should be a non-formal development tool or a training plan what they planning to realize with a group of unemployed young peoples.
During the recruitment and the selection those applicants are preferred, which volunteer for civic or church related organization, as well play a role in those foundations and associations, which work in the field of job market. For the assesment of applicants it is a crucial aspect to let the participant being involved in such programs, which are connected to the job market status of young adults, because it is our most important goal to make training results becoming multiplicative.
