The workshop will invite the participants to observe and analyze typical dynamics in intercultural youth encounters and discuss possible impact on dealing with cultural differences and changing perceptions of the "self" and the "Other".

Aim: 

The workshop aims to develop awareness to the concepts of social construction and deconstruct terms of cultural similarities and differences.

Outcomes: 

This workshop is an abstract tool that can help trainers understand better different intercultural dynamics and increase their ability to influence group processes.   

Evaluation: 

The theoretical and abstract parts of the workshop are more suitable for group leaders than for the youth itself.
