Short description of main changes:

Game about citzenship, equality and secularism

Aim:

The game can be played from 2 up to 6 players; it is for people from 8 to 99 years old; It can be played in a group with a designated person for each group that will give the right answer after consultation with the group.

Methodology:

learning and knowledge through play

Step by step process:

 (see attached description) ;

Each player has six pawns of six color categories, he rolls the dice and a color appears. The person on his right reads the question (the answer is on the card). If the player’s answer is right he poses the pawn of the winning color on the board. Each player rolls the dice, the winner is the one who obtained 6 pawns from each category of colors.

Materials and resources needed:

For the classic game, you just need a table with 6 chairs for all 6 players. For a better game, the game exists in a 2m x 2m size, in this case you need a sufficient number of tables, or a big table to put the game on without chairs.

Outcomes:

The expected result is that participants learn as they are having fun and also have thought about the question of secularism while exchanging with others.

Evaluation:

All feedbacks about the visual or content of game are very positive, all the exchanges are very rewarding; we have lots of demands to show the game in all sorts of different structures: schools, associations, institutions, companies, fairs etc ..

The participant’s feedback concerning this game is that it is very accessible despite the complexity of the subject.

A evolution is that this game can be transposed to other countries with a rewrite of the cards based on the laws of the country.
