Input
Presentation of the missions and role of the Council of Europe, United Nations and UNESCO and of the ratified international conventions and charters which protect the minorities rights at European and international level.

Open sharing
Exploring the situation of minorities in some countries and regions. For example, the Basque Country has a representation in Brussels.
Another example is the financial support of the European Union to the regional development. Different minorities are the beneficiaries of those regional policies.
The participants give examples about the particular situation of different minorities from their countries.

Materials and resources: 

Official websites and documents of the main actors and organisations dealing with minorities rights at European and international level.
