This report relates this long term training course and tries to ensure that within EuroMed area the important question of dialogue as a tool for developing networking and partnership strategy of NFE in both sides of Mediterranean Sea.

Aim: 

To develop and expand the network of European Voluntary Service (EVS) projects as well as improving the quality of such projects.

Methodology: 

As introduction to the LTTC, the methodological strategy developed by SALTO EuroMed was presented. Salto Euromed methodology is founded on two main guidelines: the T.A.P.E related to the content of the training course and the S.T.A.R related to the Euromed Cooperation (see report, page 5)
