Aim: 

This training is aimed to give practice in intermediate presentation skills for trainers. Includes: Diagnosis and analysis of aggressive rhetoric (trolling) during public speeches and trainings, dealing with challenging behavior, use of Eye-contact.

Methodology: 

training for participants. 3 hours is trally good. 4 hours are the best.

Step by step process: 

1. Intro;
2. Basic methods;
3. Re-focus;
4. Re-framing;
5; "Yellow Card"
6. "TTT"
7: "Issue baskets"
8. "Worst questions" method;
9; Basic negotiations aikido;

Materials and resources: 

Flipchart / Whiteboard;
Big room with open space;
Whiteboard markers;

Outcomes: 

After the training attendees will be able to: • Diagnose and analyze the challenging behavior (trolling); • Dealing with challenging behavior; • Neutralize the challenging behavior; Use the different methods of de-trolling;

Evaluation: 

- Learning of different types of challenging behavior;
- Learning of methods of neutralisation of it;
- Practice in neutralisation and reflection of challenging behavior;
- Obtaining skills;

Notes for further use: 

It could be a WORKING WITH TOOLS workshop.

I will implement this tool: participants will practice the De-Trolling techniques.

I have been using this tool for last 2 years for different aims: for public speaking for creating a good reputation, for youth-workers to give them tool to defence from challenging behavior, for politician to prepare them to TV-discussions with opposition, etc.

We might get in time in 90 minutes.
