Notes for further use:

Tips for facilitators, possible variations and adaptations.
the teacher has to change his conception and methodology of training and education, cooperate with students, become a real model of socioprofessional integration and lifelong learning, get involved in educational decisions, provide quality education. The management training of the teacher, the acquisition of managerial culture, not only the traditional psycho-pedagogical and methodical one, can essentially ensure the understanding and application of the authority-freedom relationship as a new sense of education through teaching and learning and solving other situations in the school educational process.
The teacher will not be able to develop the student for and through rational and creative freedom if he himself does not know, understand, do not have a free man's behavior. The reconsideration of the authority-freedom relationship, the prior orientation towards the pupil, towards the formative-educational objectives generated another alternative in the system of educational conceptions - the humanist perspective on education. Excess control neglects natural behavior, moral values must play a more important role, man must be formed for change, his affirmation must be free and constructive.
