This book provides an overview of the principles and practice of empowering women from minority ethnic groups, bioth locally and internationally.  if covers the underlying principles of identit, intersectionality, empowerment and participation and then goes on to provide ideas around planning and preparation of projects.  The final section looks at taking projects international.  There is also a useful resources section.
